C&MA career workers are highly trained men and women involved in establishing creative, evangelistic ministries such as “life issues” discussion groups and marriage enrichment conferences. They engage in managing coffee house ministries or building innovative youth centers for after-school activities and study programs. It is basically living the gospel in relationship with others.
Partnership between the C&MA and our career missionaries is a serious commitment reflected through full funding and rigorous preparation.
- Full funding. Long-term workers are fully supported through The Alliance Great Commission Fund (GCF). They are relieved from the pressures of raising their own support and are able to focus on the call of God in their lives.
- Rigorous preparation. C&MA career missionaries arrive on the field with solid theological and mission’s training and at least two years of full-time ministry experience. They also have been trained in the language and are equipped to engage people on a personal level.
